We hired GoToPros for the assembly and installation of a bookcase we had custom made in Italy. We waited 9 moths for the bookcase and were extremely apprehensive about something going wrong with the actual assembly and installation. The delivery form GoToPros of the project was impecable. It was a floor to ceiling and wall to wall bookcase and the entire project was done in less than 2 days. If you had asked me halfway through our reno if I would be writing a 5 star review, the answer would have been "no way"! But here I am, writing that 5 star review. We embarked on a major condo renovation - both bathrooms, new kitchen and creating a third bedroom. We chose GoTo Pros because they had experience working in our building and came highly recommended. We brought our vision to Vyk, and he quickly showed us a few tweaks that made much more sense than our original plan. I loved that! We had some crazy sub-contractor issues that resulted in significant delays. I won't go into details. But Vyk and team stood by our side to ensure everything was resolved. The end result is a spectacular space that my family is thoroughly enjoying. That is why I am writing a 5 star review. We recently had Vyk and his team install low flush toilets in our condominium. They completed this job in just a few hours and worked unsupervised, as both of us were at work. Several week ago I had GoToPros replace 2 sets of double hung windows in my 1926 house. From the minute they started all of the workers were respectful of my house. They built plastic walls around furniture to minimize dust. The carpentry work was excellent, painters repaired some plaster cracks and repainted to perfection. The cleanup inside and out was great.
